About Jörg
Jörg has been with Cloudspace Analytics from the very beginning and brings 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development projects to the company.

He is responsible for client consulting and utilizes his expertise to help clients improve their Loyalty Programs, Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Value Management and Marketing Effectiveness. Jörg is a proven marketing and sales professional with a diverse consultancy and agency background.

Amongst other things, he was a senior consultant with Deloitte, a manager at Proximity BBDO, and played an active role in the management of SinnerSchrader. He understands how to use customer data to develop and implement successful customer management strategies. Jörg was responsible for a variety of consulting projects across all sectors including many DAX companies and advises start-ups in various fields.

Jörg is a triathlete and proud father of three children.

About Don
Don is leading the data science team of consultants that designs and delivers advanced analytics capabilities to clients in the retail, consumer goods, banking, telecom, and manufacturing industries to support strategic decision making.

With a strong focus on retail, Don has been working extensively across Europe and Germany. Don oversees the development and implementation of core methodologies for increased growth and efficiency in industries such as consumer services, general-merchandise, multi-format, and multichannel retailers. He assists senior executives with revenue growth plans and the realignment of business development opportunities.

Prior to Cloudspace Analytics, Don co-founded the consultancy Devault & Strelow. Before that, Don managed the Analytics Team at Wunderman a leader in Direct Marketing. Prior to joining Wunderman, Don was the Manger
